Many brides have a challenging decision to make whether or not to hire one or two photographers for their wedding. There are many factors that go into a bride’s decision. However, here are some helpful points to hopefully guide a bride towards what would be the best fit for her.

Why have two photographers
I think everyone knows the saying “can’t be in two places at once”, and it can’t be any truer when it comes to a couple’s wedding photographer. Depending on the timeline, but if you or both of you are getting ready off-site, it may make more sense to have two photographers to be able to capture both of you getting ready for your big day. There’s also the bonus of having more images of your wedding day ( I mean who doesn’t love more wedding photos in their gallery). Another benefit to having two photographers is two different viewpoints which means more variety for your final wedding gallery.

Why have one photographer
If your budget is on the smaller end, one photographer may make more sense for your wedding day. A good professional wedding photographer will be able to provide stunning images without sacrificing quality because they are going solo.

Cost
A bride’s budget will definitely come into play whether or not she will hire one photographer or two. Utilizing one photographer would mean less cost under the photographer budget.
Choosing between one or two wedding photographers usually depends on the bride’s vision, priorities, and budget. A single photographer can capture the heart of your day beautifully, but having a second shooter ensures better coverage and the ability to capture multiple perspectives at the same time.
No matter which option a bride chooses, the most important decision is finding a photographer (or team) they can trust to bring their love story to life.
