Oh my goodness, could this couple and their special day be anymore beautiful and memorable. It honestly amazes me when I get to capture a couple’s biggest day together and how I feel like I’m part of their family, part of their story. Yet I only know them for a time when we start to work together for the final goal of their wedding day. Each wedding I’ve been to is so special, so unique, so personal, and I love it. I love being a part of my couple’s special day!
Joe and Michelle were none different. From the start, I fell in love with this couple. We met at a sushi place (I picked) and just started chatting and I got to learn their story. They knew each other from years ago but it just never worked out for them to be together. She liked him, he was with someone else. Then he liked her later on, but she was with someone else. THEN!!!! Then their paths finally crossed as a last opportunity, if you will. And fast forward to their wedding day, May 27 2017 at Refugio Ranch Vineyards!
After hanging with these two love birds during their wedding, I was constantly witnessing how much they loved each other, and how much their close friends and family loved both of them!
That is why I do what I do and why I love it so much!!!

First looks are always one of my favorites to capture!!! I get as excites as if I’m opening up my own Christmas present haha, but love watching the two see one another for the first time.
We drove back to the vineyards storefront and had to capture them in the very spots where he proposed to Michelle.
