I got to meet this wonderful family earlier when I was able to capture their family photos before they move cross country this week (insert sad face). I just love this family, they have so much love for each other, it’s awesome to just sit back and see.
So when Katie asked for me to do their son’s 1st birthday smash cake session, I was beyond excited to participate in that. His 1st birthday theme was airplanes, so what better place to have it than at an old airplane hanger!!! I think he was more interested in the airplanes and helicopters going by than his cake, but hey, he got messy along with his parents so I’d say…SUCCESS!!! Funny thing, I hadn’t anticipated ALL of us to get blue icing on us. Needless to say, we all went home stained blue đ
